Very
good week as I introduced some speed back in for the first time
since my marathon. Was really surprised at how easy a lot of the faster
stuff felt. It even prompted me to sign up for two 5k's later this
summer. It's been over 3 years since my last one, so I think a PR
should be all but guaranteed.
